Emily was born in Illinois but grew up soaking up the sunshine in North Myrtle Beach after her family moved there when she was young. She is a proud graduate of North Myrtle Beach High School and went on to study psychology and sociology at Coastal Carolina University, graduating in 2022.

Following college, Emily co-founded North Myrtle Nutrition with her best friend, a storefront located just minutes from their high school, where they sold protein shakes and energy drinks. Through this experience, she discovered a passion for working with the public, building strong community relationships, and planning events alongside other local small businesses, including fundraisers benefiting her high school, local churches, and first responders. As new opportunities arose, she and her business partner decided to sell the business and pursue their next chapters.

After finding Stunning & Brilliant Events through mutual friends and booking the team to plan her own event, Emily quickly fell in love with the wedding planning process and the thoughtful details that make each celebration unique. Now a member of the S&B team, she is excited to plan weddings for others and provide couples with the same exceptional experience she received as an S&B client.
